Stuart A. Fraser
1.jpgStuart Fraser was born October 28, 1952 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. He graduated with honors from Oakland University in 1974. In 1978 he graduated with honors from Detroit College of Law with a J.D. degree. During 1977-1978, while at Detroit College of Law, he was Editor-In-Chief of The Detroit College of Law Review. He was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 1978.       

Stu is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, St. Clair County Bar Association, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, State Bar of Michigan, and American Trial Lawyers Association. During 1995-2001, he served on the Board of Directors of the Macomb County Bar Association.

Stu also serves as a plaintiff mediator and arbitrator. He has secured tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. Mr. Fraser refuses to represent any insurance companies, and instead represents only injured victims and their families.

Stu has received the highest rating for his legal ability and integrity by Martindale-Hubbell, a company that rates the legal performance and ethics of attorneys.


  Edward E. Souweidane
2.jpgEdward Souweidane was born November 4, 1965 in Dearborn, Michigan. He attended Wayne State University graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Public Affairs in 1988. He attended University of Detroit School of Law graduating with a J.D. in 1993. While at the University of Detroit, he was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. He was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 1993.

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Macomb County Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been appointed to serve on the State Bar District D Character and Fitness Committee.

Ed also serves as a plaintiff mediator and arbitrator.

Ed is licensed to practice law at all levels of the Michigan State Court System, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

He has received the highest rating for his legal ability and integrity by Martindale-Hubbell, a company that rates the legal performance and ethics of attorneys. He is committed to the highest professional and ethical standards on behalf of his entire clientele.


Martin E. Steiger
MartinSM.jpgMartin was born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan on December 5, 1978.

Martin attended Michigan State University and graduated in 2001 with a B.A. in Philosophy.  He attended Wayne State University graduating with a J.D. in 2004.   While attending Wayne State University Law School he was the Articles Editor for the Journal of Law in Society during the years of 2003-2004.  He was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 2004.
 
Martin is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan
and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association.
